How Larasoft is priced, and what happens as you grow.
What counts as an AI action?
One question answered, one AI workflow step, or one document processed. Larger multi-step agent tasks use a few actions. Your balance is visible at all times, so there are no surprises at month end.
Do you charge per user?
No. Larasoft has no per-user fees, ever. Your plan covers your whole team - invite everyone who needs answers without a per-seat decision. Pricing follows the connectors you run and the AI actions you use, not your headcount.
What if we need more AI actions?
Top up any month in blocks of 500 actions. Unused plan actions reset monthly; top-ups carry over until used. Ask us for current top-up pricing.
What happens when we outgrow a tier?
Add connectors to any plan, or step up mid-term and pay only the difference. There are no lock-in penalties for moving up.
Is there an implementation cost?
Most solutions include an implementation phase to connect your systems and get your data landing correctly. We size it with you on the first call, once we understand how many systems are involved and what shape the data is in.
Do you offer special pricing for nonprofits?
