Power BI is a quick way to be able to analyse your data and is great for online analysis. Getting a pixel perfect Profit and Loss requires a bit more work, but this is a great start.
We will soon be adding Invoice data for analysis which is already in the underlying Larasoft Xero Connector dataset. If you need help with that before we give an updated AppSource App reach out to us.

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Larasoft B2C Xero Connector Single Entity Power BI App (“the App”). By installing or using this App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Description of the App
The App provides a Power BI data model that integrates with Larasoft’s reporting database, including a quick-start set of calculations and visualizations for end users. The App is intended for use by a single entity and requires the Larasoft Business2Cloud Connector to function. Multi entity models are available.
3. License and Use
3.1. The App is made available for free on Microsoft AppSource.
3.2. The App is licensed, not sold, and is intended for a single entity only.
3.3. There are no additional usage limits, but users must have an active Power BI subscription and a Larasoft Xero Connector subscription to access full functionality.
3.4. The App must be used in accordance with Power BI and Xero’s terms of service.
4. Support and Maintenance
4.1. Support is available through Larasoft’s official website.
4.2. Larasoft may update or modify the App at its discretion. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
4.3. Larasoft cannot take responsibility for any Microsoft related support queries but we can provide consultants to assist you.
4.4. If you are going to make changes to the reports we recommend you use this AppSource Model as a datasource and build out your own reports. contact us if you need assistance.
5. Data Handling and Privacy
5.1. The App does not store user data independently. It connects to external services (Power BI and Xero), which manage data privacy and security.
5.2. Users must comply with Xero and Power BI’s respective data policies. Larasoft is not responsible for data privacy issues arising from the use of these third-party services.
6. Disclaimers and Liability Limitations
6.1. The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
6.2. Larasoft does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of the App.
6.3. Larasoft is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
6.4. Users assume all risks associated with the use of the App, including any data inaccuracies resulting from third-party integrations.
7. Termination
